I started taking Mother's Best Liver capsules because of all the wonderful feedback I heard. I had taken other "brands" before and never once felt the difference I did with these capsules. I had been experiencing depression and fatigue due to nutrient deficiencies, as well as a consistently scanty period with a 23-day cycle... after one month of taking the full 6 capsules a day, my cycle lengthened to 29 days, and all other issues have resolved and remained resolved.... Now, the attention to nourishing myself and integration of blood building herbs has been alongside the capsules, but I truly attribute a massive portion of my bodies turn around to the dense nutrient content of the liver.
